Investment group “ATLANTIS CAPITAL” unites two companies – asset management company “ATLANTIS CAPITAL” and finance company “ATLANTIS CAPITAL”.
Investment group “ATLANTIS CAPITAL” unites companies in the field of investment (equity / debt capital), investment banking (raising finance, M&A, loans to small and medium enterprises, investment consulting, investment research) and asset management (creation of corporate / mutual funds for investors and companies, corporate treasury).
The main Group’s activity priority is the development of global strategy and selection of the individual instruments for each client: the formation of investment portfolio based on the client’s requirements, operational management of the investment targets, share and debt capital raising, M&A, the development of new investment projects and their implementation.
Reputation, acquired skills and stable financial base allow us to provide high-quality management of investment projects and develop assets in different sectors of the economy whether in conditions of market growth or during the recession periods.
Today Investment group “ATLANTIS CAPITAL” realizes investment projects in different sectors of Ukrainian economy (agricultural sector, car business, “green” energy industry, real estate market, recreation and sports etc.), attracts funds into companies’ capital, helps in project financing.
